We all learn best when we are supported and happy. Our support systems and structures aim to develop confident, happy and successful young men. With our mentoring system, pastoral care and transition programmes we aim to place students at the heart of the school and with the help of staff draw upon their unique talents and gifts to assist and help students across the school.


Mentoring System and Student Council

Outstanding pastoral care is a hallmark of CBS and our mentoring system partners our incoming students with our senior students. The mentoring support is designed to embody the values and ethos of CBS and aims to be ain integral part of our school community. Our mentors and Student Council (elected by the student body), work together in creating a strong student voice to motivate students and further the community spirit of the school.
